the default answer, and I do not know whether macrae12 is cryptic to this extent,may be that sophisticated investors are smarter than directors, and at the same time fairly unschooled, leaving companies in doubtful hands but that is for macrae12 to clarify
ron3536, I do not believe that selective optimism to the exclusion of all other observations is either the way to make money on the market, or the way to hold your head high as market plays unfold
