IMO funding is the only thing hanging over the s/p atm.
The first whiff of a Govt grant or the likes and this will go vertical.
May still be some doubters as to the process, but feels too me a lot of those questions have been answered.
Certainly don't think there are any question marks over the resource itself.
The maths on the project itself is eye-watering.
