There’s an investment principle that I like, and attempt to apply:

“There’s a lot of due diligence required on the front end of a buying decision.”

Succinctly stated: Know Your Product.

There’s an edge knowing the detailed information as deeply as possible. The more I know the better. And within IPT, there is a lot to know.

Over the course of about 3 months, I squirrelled away pertinent data into notes, but realised these were disconnected bits of data. Important, but disjointed.

It took a bit over a month to do a deep dive into the Anns and forum posts to confirm the data and provide context. It took another couple of weeks to compile the notes, research and scribbles, into a draft for review and quality edit.
