I have only held IPT for 2 years. Looking back on the last time it traded over 2 cents seems to coincide with the ultra high grade Ni PGE discovery. The volume was much higher then. (probably a lot of day trading).
Since the HPA story the SP has responded well on much less volume (by well I mean the gains are sticky with little retracement). This is a good sign imo. Many SH's are holding rather than getting out ...imo.
