Hi all I emailed Max Nind regarding the Hebei Agreement and this is the reply.

Dear Chris

I have only just received your email. I'm sorry for the delay in replying.

The agreement with Hebei is still in place. No offtake deal has been signed with Hebei. Under the agreement, Hebei was given the right to 80% of the offtake only on securing finance, that of course is acceptable to Richmond. Hebei is still continuing to use its best efforts to secure the financing for the project. Also, the agreement with Hebei did not preclude Richmond from sourcing finance for the project.
