I am as inclined to look for reasons as to why our beloved is falling as much as the next person, but has it occured to anyone that the broader market is off shed loads in the last 3 weeks. The answer could be as sinple as the buyers staying away while the sellers still go about their business.
I made a comment about stocks a few weeks ago about how we look at them from the perspective of a shareholder and also from a soon to be shareholder. If you didn't already own CUS but had heard the story and liked what you saw, do you think you would rather be buying it at these prices or at higher levels?
I think that we will see an average 1st half, resolution to China and resolution to ATM reform timing, ALL in the next month.
What the stock will do till then is anyones guess but this current action is very symptomatic of a 5th wave, "throw the baby out with the bath water","get me out of this dog" type of behaviour. Anyone familiar with this should be aware that this usually means that the low is nigh before the next up leg to new highs....which looks improbable right now, I know, but one must keep a medium term perspective on things.
