not to be too dramatic ... but there is going to be blood in the streets ... there are some real bargains starting to appear though. however the painful and ironic twist is that personal liquidity is stretched at these times so less opportunity to pick them up. Unless of course you were/are smart and had a big proportion of your portfolio in cash. Aaahhh 7% pa is looking a lot better than returns on some of my hopefuls ...
