Just traded 25c with 50k shares sold...from memory (average low point) entry price of all pre-IPO shareholders (some of them who've been in the stock for 5 years) is in the mid 20s.
Looking at the Bal Sheet Issued capital was $8.5m at 31 Dec and GBI raised $0.5m pre-IPO and then $5.0m in its IPO.
Therefore issued capital = $14m divide this by 51.2m shares = $0.27
Assuming that all is fundamentally sound with GBI and that they've spent their funds to date in a sound manner it appears a no brainer at these levels...at the implied $0.27 from a bal sheet perspective you can be assured that no existing shareholders selling to you are making a profit
