Have you considered that using horses for crowd control isn't in the best interests of the welfare of those animals?
They do it to intimidate and create fear by using the horses as weapons, the same as batons, pepper spray and the traitors that don't question what orders they follow. That is the real crime, not someone who reacts against that weapon.
To call for the death penalty is pathetic and that's from an animal lover who donates significant amounts to animal charities.
