This is bizarre. So is it really the case that NSW Police employ horse to kick people protesting? Crowd control by kicking human beings? if that is how the animal is being used, then that to me is animal cruelty.

Getting a horse to kick a human? if the NSW Police are descending to inhumane acts like having horse kick people, that is deplorable.

I guess William Tyrrell has still not be found. Gary Jubelin, an ex detective with NSW Police, the only man charged from that sorry tale.

This NSW Police need to take real crime seriously and need to concern themselves with the social cohesion caused by lockdowns not disproportionately charging every protester for protesting and fining everyone for missing a mask or mobile speed cameras and just blatant revenue raising.

The LWNJ MSM should stop letting Tobruk,,the horse, be mistreated and raise the issue of animal cruelty with the Crown Prosecution Service.

Animal cruelty has been the start of heinous crimes under the criminal law from some as young as 10 found guilty of murder to 78;year old serial killers, there was even one in Tasmania currently in Risdon who started with animal cruelty.
