hitting close to home? pbt434 like candidate?, page-6

I recall reading an abstract that includes PBT2 and discussed CUII/serum copper levels. And this is essentially I believe trying to directly manage the Serum Copper levels if I am not mistaken.

In their abstract they had postulated achieving similar results that way, and I believe proved it out in their experiments. So it's attacking from the other side of the coin so to speak.

I am no doctor and try to avoid them when possible, so I could be completely wrong. But I'll appreciate it Skint if you tell me what it REALLY means?

Certainly we are ahead, and I believe the angle we are taking w/the PB434 and having a lock on the quinazolinone based compounds keeps us in the game for our unique MOA, but certainly this goes after it from that other angle.
