As i mentioned before Alexi has experience in the area you mentioned.
Use the long suffering shareholders money to bring a project to fruition then take it away from them to make a fortune for the inner circle.
IMO looks like what has been reported announce in the past is just to bee seen to doing the right thing.
So how long will they keep the long suffering share holders on before they make a offer for the rest.
The lack and below average announcements should stuff the SP more.
