A CR at 5 cents is very viable as long shareholders will support it. Look at FAR at 6.7 cents. Their market cap is around 290 million. There always can be consolidation afterwards say 1 new share for every 10 held. One more thing, the CR should be offered to existing shareholders first and foremost so they can avoid having their holding diluted.
