yeah... and this means that companies with cash r allowed and the ones without r not... so whn is sitting pretty, already in the club from before the rules have been changed... the r in a neat position as long as they dont have to give up their tenements for cheap... but it does seem as though they have done the initial marketing over the past years for the Seychelles government... i mean they put the geological database together, and did roadshows etc, and now the local government wants to rip off da other licenses... me thinks that whn really does have a few fingers in this potentially big pie...
