    A while ago now I read an article that the exact same drug as molnupiravir, but under a different name, was not recommended for funding for development because of its possible mutagenic properties to healthy human DNA. Makes you wonder if Mercks heart is in the right place for pushing ahead with this potentially dangerous drug.
