yeah I know you expanded on this in later posts but as I was burning thru a Sunday arvo reading the repartee between posters and having a laugh at the VHS v Beta like arguments you then threw this in.
I stopped smiling.
The ramifications of this could be enormous.
I could almost imagine the Erin Brockovich's of the world forming their newest class actions. That's part A. Part B could be the regulators response and what that might mean to emerging medical tech.
Lastly I hope you are right on most things and wrong just on this 1.
But my gut feel is that this is more likely than say ct scanners in airports
