For the same reason Davisite does not reply to me.

-there is nothing to discuss with me.

He knows why. I know why. And that he doesn’t - that’s probably one the most important thing so far in this story. It’s also evident of my “more boring than less boring” thoughts in relation to Davisite motivates are more likely correct than less likely correct. Anyone keeping up?

 

Davisite is not in breach of HC T&C’s currently and so HC making a statement would only either fuel the mob by serving them prematurely - or turn the mob against HC by seemily to condone Davisite should they not do enough.  Right now, they’re just wainting and seeing.
