hk listing, abbot point projec etc

I believe that the HK listing will proceed and will be based on 31 Dec 2011 half yearly report which will be fully audited. The proposal re: new company (70% EWC, 15% CLSA and 15% EWI) concerning the Abbot Point 2mtpa LNG plant is progressing well. It is anticipated that both these proposals will be put to shareholders at a specially convened EGM in late March 2012.

All other projects (eg. Sengkang LNG plant, LNg hub, Pagbilao and 3mpta lng plant in PNG are progressing with eg. drenching at Sengkang for arrival of LNG plant commencing shortly, all North American parts of LNG plant being held in Houston for shipment, drilling of gas wells at Sengkang being finalised, discussions with manufacturers for LNG storage tank (Pagbilao)being finalised, cold box for Gilmore mini LNG plant having arrived at Gladstone and, subject to political resolution in PNG, FID ready to go.
