My thoughts are that the TG purchase and the HK listing are inextricably connected together and there will be an opportunistic cap raising of sorts to generate funds for the extra requirements to secure the LNG POD.
All positive but I don't see the beast changing the colour of its spots in a hurry. I know some 'believe' evolution took about seven days, but not me lolol..
