VC is not selling shares in large quantities so just to hold the share price down as long as she could until June /July this year. IAlso if Keytone continues to do well, I believe she would have some more options rewarded to her in due course. I can't remember the exact details of her option conditions. Can look up yourself if interested. She definitely has upper hands.

As long as the company becomes profitable and continues the trend, the share price will catch up eventually. I just can't wait for the current management matures soon enough.
