Don't forget a lot of people have made money in lithium stocks this FY (myself included), which will only further drive the SP lower in the coming weeks.
The downtrend is a very tough situation to get out of when new or even existing SH getting all time low notification ever weeks or so.
I personally think the only way to see a SP appreciation is to get rid the entire management and inject new blood into the business.
