They should fire the entire management team esp the CEO (makes him fired thrice and beyond if possible) rather than selling the company out. The diary part of the company is profitable with highest operating margin at the moment. The rest are fairy tales and upcoming transformational acquisition in due course.
I can't believe people talks about Gross profit (extremely astonishing) and EBITA for a company can't make a single cent of profit before taking on $13 mil of debt in the upcoming crushing economy due to inflation and US market implosion. Guess where we will be if we have no money to pay the anything. Maybe Gross profit is a consolation in the final moment of this company!
