I truly feel, for your current position and the loss you have incurred. Myself, brother and one of my friends. Have been, LTH in since the KTD initial IPO. With that, many shares purchased on market after the listing. I devested, 50% of my holding in late 2019. Left the other 50% that was close to $110,000.00 in with the belief that all would turn back correctly.

Not the case at all now, that 110K is now worth $5,025.00 as of this morning.

Each time, they have carried out a a raising to buy more crap businesses. They have never, had my votes in any way. They have never, formaly carried out what they have done correctly or morally in any way each time.

They have deliberately, brought more shares on to drive the values down. To then give them, more avenues for there log term objectives.

Free money at any cost, that does not affect them directly - "Our Money".

I find, what these persons have done from the start. Deeply personal, in the outcomes they have delivered to all shareholders.

A well played and well practiced, smoke and mirrors game at out cost.

Not even, an open shareholders meeting to face us.
