    SNX hlf yly report is out and does not look good for R.R's proposal to succeed. Just small profit with NTA down, Cash Flow down from 96m to 72m as at 31st Dec 02. I do not think Board will be happy to part 69m as Capital Return to shrh'drs. Still I will vote 'yes' to RR. Good Luck.
