looks like the QAN sell down was botched and my guess is that the underwriter was left with stock which it has no interest in holding and is being bled out slowly which at the same time is creating more selling from others and buyers just step back as everyone is second guessing. If this is in fact the underwriter selling then there is no limit as to how low it can get before they are all out.
