These are similar prices to the huge uncertainty of the start of COVID where the company was loss making. We are growing profitably now.

Balance sheet is now much stronger with superior liquidity including NO DEBT now compared to $100m of debt when covid began. Especially helpful to remove interest expense and instead generate interest income - in light of the current interest rate environment.

3.5m of CTD shares on balance sheet, worth about $50m in value or a quarter of current market cap.

HLO have not wasted the last 2+ years. Getting cost efficiencies and technologies investment done, with growing platforms (who knows one of these might turn out to be market leaders in the future).

Diversification into new lines of business like Logistics for events / concerts.

China properly opening up to the world in the coming months (if announced) will be a catalyst too.

Once more cruise ships resume service, this will add significant TTV. It represented a third of pre-covid TTV for retail agency sales.

HLO has a history of navigating tough economic environments like the GFC so I have faith it will continue to do so in this environment. The SP was significant multiples higher at that time but EBIDTA was only somewhat higher.

Seems like a few of you agree how undervalued and how much amazing value this stock is.

So why doesn't anyone answer why the value has decreased by almost half in 12 months?

Doesn't sound like the general population agree with the "Buy" sentiment.
