    I would suggest ‘no’.

    Warwick Grigor in his FarEast Capital newsletter was noting that colbalt stocks have been disappointing the past month or more, despite a critical shortage of the metal.

    So every chance CLL is just caught up in the sector funk, rather than anything company specific.
