Does anyone know what consistency means in the context below?
What is the DEM 2016 assessment report (which is publicly available), but I can't find it?

PEPR
GH(Greg Hall) noted that as stated in the Rex Minerals December 2019 Quarterly Report
released in January 2020, the government had some further queries on the PEPR
documentation during the June 2019 quarter. All regulator feedback and minor
wording changes were finalised in September 2019 and the document is now
sitting with the government.
The Company is currently working to satisfy the outstanding consistency matters
as set out in the DEM 2016 assessment report which is publicly available. The
Company can’t comment further on ongoing discussions relating to these
matters.
There was further discussion around Rex’s requirements regarding consistency.
G Hall reiterated that the assessment report outlines the consistency matters that
Rex needs to resolve along with the PEPR documentation to allow the PEPR to be
approved. Rex is now working through the outstanding consistency matters. Once
those matters are finalised, Rex believes the PEPR can then be approved. The
Company is required to and will publish the PEPR document once it is approved.
