Coiling - 5,15,50 MAs, flat and tight, a sign of impending change - up or down

Volumes low but increasing slightly. we are stuck in this 17 to 22c band but IMO, our next move is up and out of the band at 22c, which I think will only come with news. However, given the number of articles around telehealth and pregnancy, I am on the positive for the forward outlook. Macro events might upend sentiment but not sure that would really affect this segment of the market too much. As I speak someone nibbling 21 and volumes in depth rising - not that that should ever be used as an indicator
