They haven't even abided by the amended prospectus which allowed them to invest in unlisted companies. There is a clause that says they will limit exposure to unlisted assets to reflect the illiquid nature of such investments yet here we are almost 100% invested in illiquid dog crap
Also worth noting they have not disclosed to the market that HML's biggest investment has been placed in receivership by JBL's creditors - continuous disclosure?
