I spoke to Maurice Blackburn today and they say they have had many calls in relation to BHD and HML. I asked a ? if we accepted the offer would we lose our entitlement to any $$$ through the class action. The solicitor I spoke to was not well briefed and I am hoping that with more calls they may just sit down and see if action may fly. They are looking into it and may get back to me. I am registered now so if it flies I will be able to participate.
I am a shareholder in both.
