I see the new acceptance date is 1 April - April Fools Day. Good to see that the Takeover Panel has the measure of these fools; the orders require the loans from HML and BHD to be repaid by JBL. Bizarre that ASIC sits on its hands despite multiple beaches of the Corporations Act.
