Justice Jackson looked as though he was about to fall asleep at several times during the proceedings but he was obviously paying attention. He asked a number of pertinent questions during the closing arguments such as:
- The company seems to have been dormant since 2018. What has the company actually been doing for the past 3 years?
- Why has the company only just recently prioritized getting its accounts audited? Was it only in response to the wind-up application?
- What the hell happened?! Where did all the money go?!
