You've made a bold choice, which I anticipate/ hope you will be rewarded for! There is no specific exposure to real estate that I'm aware of, but this could change quickly if the Stuart and co. decide it's a good idea.
Yes, there was a too-good-to-pass-up 7.5% DRP discount for the inaugural dividend, which shareholders that opted in did very well out of.
