I don't want the Rudd to be my Budd. I want someone with some nuts that can make decisions that aren't always leveraged to gain the most popularity.

But as for calling Artemis a duster - sounds like a well informed conclusion formed on many hours of data collection and analysis if you ask me. The newsletter must have spent a packet on doing their own seismics and geological analysis!
