My advice would be at this stage, unless you're absolutely sure something will happen tomorrow or you have holdings at 80c or 1.20 ... is to set up your announcement alerts and wait until it's actually released.
The current price range 3.50 - 3.90 is based on an imminent announcement. If it does not come by end of Apr'06, the sp will fall to 3.00, then 50c for every month after.
The announcement would confirm future revenues from core business. There would be more than enough upside to cover a premium even at 4.00 or 5.00. Buying at the top end of a speculation is not what I call an investment decision.
