The company can easily survive for another 12 months, so no worries on that part. And also they have gold deposits, so someone will take over them at ease, instead of exploration.
Yes, definetely its a screaming buy atm from TA perspective. Only thing they need to do is "contain costs" or "increase production", the next quarterly announcement is end of this month, if you can take risk that the announcement is going to be +ve, jump in. I'm on the sidelines, waiting from 24c, but right now, it seems to be a good deal. Cheers
