I reckon it should be done at 20 cents or better and this should be readily achievable.
I did some recon work, a broker is definately trying to cap this but of cousre it doesn't take much to convince a few traders that sitting at 15, 16 etc is good idea.
Assuming GMR's management doesn't turn to jelly and go for it, they will hold off. At this stage I believe (but far from certain) that the view is to hold off to post 20 cents.
Brokers will say all sort of crap tp try and convince management why its a good idea to give them and their subbies a cheap batch of stock.
They simply do not need to rush into anything, this is a fact.
