    BISHKEK, May 2 (Reuters) - Thirteen ministers in
    Kyrgyzstan's cabinet have handed in their resignations, a
    government spokeswoman said on Tuesday.
    There are 17 ministers in Kyrgyzstan's cabinet. The motive
    behind their resignation was not immediately clear. The
    spokeswoman gave no other details.
