Crackpot, unless you are a retail investor you can't make those trades I was Banned and my account closed with two of those entities just for selling on a lower trade stock at close to perhaps buy cheaper in the morning and I was firmly put in place for supposedly attempting to manipulate the SP and also they will not allow you to make trades below $500 for that very reason. They said only retail investors have the right to buy smaller parcels ie; 1 share at .07 cents like I'm sure we've all seen.

Upon querying that with the ASX they agreed with the brokerages and two accounts consecutively were closed because I was given the same ill advice you are giving by a private broker.

So let us know who the brokerage is who will do that with private traders as I would like to give that info to the ASX and request that my old accounts are reinstated.
