It is interesting Pinto. the photo in the story shows the fire spread vertically. Besides the problem of the cladding not meeting FR hurdles, the architects know the rules of fire safety that must be included in the building. For eg (I cannot remember the exact measurement) balconies of a high rise are suppose to have a 'sprinkler head' on every balcony if the area of it is say (x) square meters. What the designers do (to save money obviously to me) is to design and construct the balconies to (x-1) square meters. I think this makes it more imperative for the material of the cladding to be the best FR around. Obviously those invested in AJX believe they have, not only the answer to the FR capabilities, but also the means to achieve it cheaper.
