hmmmm- I only wish the article was true regarding the U assets - The company announced approx 1 year ago that it would change it's stratgey to concentrate on gold production and therefore near term cash flow.
With regard to the econonmic feasibility of extracting U from the West Rand assets, MLI require a sustainable U price of $US140*, now that is well above both current long term & spot prices.

* I recall that the uneconomic nature of extracting U was released in the Sept 09 quarterly report.
* I attended the 2009 AGM - this was the answer to my direct question about the economic feasibility of the uranium assets.
