The sp was talked down for SIs to get on but instead cap raise was given to institutional investor. 1p is premium to a nervous market but definitely cheap to take. No one in their right mind would chip in $12m into this company to pay debt unless they know turn around is close. It is a better alternative than SIs. Was thought to be raised at around 1c mark. This one is 1.8c equivalent. Next step will be LO deal.
