Basically APG does this every couple of years. Price goes up with talk about there tech finally getting to a commercial stage then nothing happens and price goes back down to around 2-4 cents for a few years. A few people make a killing lots don't. Ofcourse they might eventually get the big agreement but there track record isn't great.
