This U deal arrouses my suspicion that GDN SP has been perhaps flogged by incoming U deal JV associates in an attempt to accumulate. hmmmm
Coupled with the poorly written announcements, hmmm with their PROfessional Real Estate (Sales & Marketing) background it was considered pretty ordinary for them. hmmmm.
Could Oceania be involved with the U deal in some way ? hmmmm (this will not be a total surprise)
Oceania would be just to obvious, however they clearly do have a serious quantity of shares to sell and the dollars to accumulate. hmmmm.
Perhaps this was the info that Oceania was privy to, that a deal would be happening soon and that their 61c SP buy is cheap because GDN will glow because of up and coming U deal ? hmmmm.
