You mention allegations about one of our directors. I see it a little more seriously on reflection now I have read more of the releases. Not only do I feel it is unfair to raise such old allegations in that way but I believe it to be downright dirty. If I were he I would take action. If they want their day in court there are far better ways of instituting proceedings rather than flinging mud and acting "holier than thou". The more I think about it the more enraged I become. I think they should have their day in court but as defendants. Just as Klaas suggested, the number of people who capitalise their gains and socialise their losses is equal to the number who selectively see only one side of an equation. When that ignorant bias stretches to public utterances that may have a negative consequence on an innocent party it is time to push back. Perhaps we should mount a campaign that TZ support an action in this matter!
