You mention that the commercial terms and framework had been agreed in the LOI.
What I'd like to know is what other peoples thoughts are on this.
I personally believe that the LOI would not have outlined any set prices (assuming agreements were hedged), and that the zinc market getting smashed couldn't have come at a worse time.
I still hold, so I welcome any reassurances with open arms.
