It appears the wider mkt doesn't share your sentiment in the scenario cast, in that there has been no rush for the exits.
Decision not taken lightly...obviously at this potential turning point in the OEL story.
He has decided to relocate o'seas...better job offer? Health reasons? Do you know? Perhaps you could ask him...didn't you used to work with him?
