On the $300k they received $2m but I think the other $3m is in escrow.
If they did pay $300k while only $2m is received they will open themselves up or misconduct. I know Peter Landau is dodgy but he is also smart when it comes to self preservation and looking after SELF interest. I don't see how he would give evidence that will put himself in a position where he is breaching his duty as a director. Whether he is breaching his "duty to look after shareholders" in the background is another matter.
Anyway I would not be surprised if CCC changes the rights plan from 1cent subscription to something lower. Raising $25-30m in this market for a loss making mining junior is not going to be easy. Raising $10m is not going to be easy.
