@RhysT check the company's website mate. They are on a large recruitment run. For any start up company this is a positive direction. Facebook, google & twitter have similar beginnings. From a relatively small team to where they are heading shows signs of growth, company direction and confidence within the group. As I have stated before this is a unique application, market leading and has great potential. If your looking for reason to the recent trends I would consider the company's vision and mission in the social media space. Also, IMO the people involved on all levels top/down believe in the end product and are committed to make it this company a success.
